“Intelligence plus character - that is the goal of true education” Martin Luther King Jr.
Qualia Education
Qualia Education Academy was founded to share evidence-based knowledge to every single person and teach people how to respect evidence. In a time where we are bombarded with so much information but have not been given the skills on how to process information accurately, we need this education more than ever. Qualia education has a specific aim to improve critical thinking and to identify biased thinking which will improve self awareness and relationships with others and ourselves.
Qualia have developed educational sessions which are beneficial for any person or group of people. These sessions are founded on the philosophy of critical thinking as beneficial for character development and in turn improves a persons ability to be more analytical, innovative, creative, strategic, ethical and able to use logic and persuasion to improve communication skills and optimise relationships with not only others but with the self. We use evidence based literature and theory which allows us to help you understand how power, bias, control, censorship, and ego impact our social interactions and relationships.
Knowledge encourages intelligence and knowledge enables competency and freedom.

-
Learn how to learn.
At Qualia Education Academy we want to teach people how to learn. There is a method to approaching information and a process one must go through to assess the validity and purpose of not only the content of the information, but why one should or should not engage with it. Once you have learnt how to learn, nothing can stop your intellectual growth.
-
Be curious.
Reaching your intellectual capacity depends on the level of curiosity you possess. The more you talk about how much you know, the more you are missing out on what someone who knows more than you can teach you. Stop talking too much, listen, ask, learn.
-
Read. A lot.
Do you want to learn to speak and articulate yourself better? Then read as much as you can and write down notes as you read. Read books that have ideas which are not ones you already possess. Explore topics you do not know about. Assess the validity of the information you are taking in. Be open to new information and growing your position on any topic.
