If you have a specific problem your team is facing, or if you want to understand the strengths and weaknesses of your organisational culture, we suggest social research. This route enables a more precise and focused opportunity to figure out what is happening and mainly what is needed to improve your services. The research process is designed to be collaborative, transparent, and tailored to your goals. We are experts at designing and conducting this research. Just tell us the problem and we will figure out the rest.

For those interested in the research process this is what we do:

Step 1: Define the objectives 

We will work closely with you to understand your objectives. We will ask questions to understand the context, background, and goals of the research as well as help you identify the key members that need to be involved.

Step 2: Design the research methodology  (methods to conduct the research)

We will recommend and design either a quantitative or qualitative methodology or a combination of both. Quantitative methods: e.g., surveys, observations, content analysis. Qualitative: e.g., interviews, focus groups, content analysis, observations. We will consider the size of the problem, your organisation, and the timeline for the project and design a methodology that fits.  

Step 3: Develop research instruments  

The next step is to choose tools to collect the data. We may design surveys, focus group guides, and interview protocols. We will ensure questions are designed to elicit the information needed to answer the research objectives.  

Step 4: Conduct the research  

We will survey people, and interview or observe participants. We will ensure ethical research standards which include confidentiality, and participant rights.  

Step 5: Analyse the data  

We will use the appropriate statistical data analysis tools or qualitative analysis methods. We will identify and record key patterns, trends, differences, anomalies, and correlations.  

Step 6: Report the findings  

We will break down the findings and results so it is clear, concise, and makes sense. We will use graphs, tables, and visuals as well as written summaries and easy-to-understand reports to illustrate patterns and trends.

Step 7: Recommendations

We will provide clear recommendations based on these results and we can then work with you to develop a plan on how to use the insights gained from the research.
